Description

As an attorney with EDF, Casey plays a key role in litigation and regulatory proceedings to drive EDF’s energy transition initiatives. Casey advocates for federal, regional and state policies that promote climate action, equitable access to clean energy, grid modernization and environmental justice. 

Background

Prior to joining EDF, Casey served as an AmeriCorps member with the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources, where she contributed to environmental conservation and climate change efforts. Before that, she worked as a conservation biologist with a focus on protecting rainforests and other biodiverse ecosystems. Her experiences in both policy and fieldwork have deepened her commitment to environmental justice and sustainable resource stewardship.
