New York Approves Bold Plan for 21st-Century Energy Future

(NEW YORK – February 27, 2015) The New York Public Service Commission this week released an order approving a policy framework for a reformed retail electric industry as part of its groundbreaking ‘Reforming the Energy Vision’ initiative.
