The next generation of sustainability leaders is forging high-impact environmental solutions today.
Environmental Defense Fund’s Climate Corps fellowship is a hands-on summer program where we train ambitious graduate students and match them with top companies and organizations to advance climate and energy goals.
We’ve embedded fellows with hosts like the American Red Cross, BYD, Google, IKEA, Kickstarter, the Mayo Clinic and Tata Steel. Over 40% of Fortune 100 companies have partnered with us.
Working in China, India and the U.S., fellows help hosts reduce greenhouse gas emissions, save energy, advance climate justice, cut food waste, and more.

How EDF Climate Corps gets results
All of our fellows undergo rigorous training backed by EDF’s 50-plus years of expertise. As sustainability trends evolve, so do the solutions and resources our fellows have to offer.
We custom match fellows with companies, public institutions and nonprofit organizations based on each fellow’s skills and interests, and each host’s needs.
Fellows then work with hosts for 10-12 weeks to create actionable sustainability strategies, with support from other fellows, program alumni and expert advisors.
The program is a crucial part of EDF’s wide-ranging efforts to fight climate change, delivering bold, practical solutions that benefit the planet and people’s health.
